1. Shipping
In most cases, the goods are not shipped fully assembled.
Depending on the item, it may vary how much assembly you have to do yourself.
Either the individual components still need to be assembled or the trolley is already pre-assembled and only individual parts need to be fitted.
Depending on size and weight, the goods are shipped by parcel service or forwarding agent.
Depending on the size of the order, it may also be that the goods are sent by a forwarding agent optimized for transport.
2. Order
You will first receive an automatic email from our store to confirm receipt.
After checking by our processing department, you will receive an order confirmation as a PDF by e-mail.
In the login area you can only see whether the order has already been completed or is still being processed.
You can request a tracking link from us by e-mail.
Yes, at the checkout you have the option to enter a commission (will be noted on the delivery bill) or an order number (will be noted on the order confirmation and invoice).
3. Your Account
For security reasons, you cannot change this yourself.
If your billing address has changed or an error has crept in that needs to be corrected, please send us an e-mail with the customer number from your account and the correct address to marketing@fetra.de.
We will implement the change and confirm it to you.
You can add and save several delivery addresses that you need frequently in your account. You can also edit saved addresses later.

4. Registration
Your company may already be registered with us (e.g. by a colleague or another branch).
