Made of tubular and sectional steel, welded and powder coated blue RAL 5007, bolted construction. Ends and 1 side made of wire lattice 100 x 100 x 5 mm. With double wing doors at the open side panel. Tubular steel frame with wire lattice 100 x 100 x 5 mm. Integrated bolt lock, doors lockable with padlock (not included in delivery), wing doors turnable till side panels. Platform made of special wood material boards, surface beech grain. 2 swivel and 2 fixed-wheel castors, with robust steel carriages suitable for tugger trains, wheels with PU tyres on aluminium rims, hubs with precision ball bearings. Swivel castors with wheel locks. Tyres are non-marking (trackless). Low-noise running on even flooring. This coupling system guarantees the best possible directional stability. Tractors must have front wheel steering and tugger train drawbar! Max. 5 trolleys per train. Max. train speed 6 km/h. Max. train weight 3000 kg. Self-securing flat steel drawbar on the fixed-wheel side. Drawbar eye Ø 26.5 mm. Comfortable foot operation. Automatically rebounds into vertical resting position by means of gas spring. On the swivel wheel side there is a strong coupling pin Ø 25 mm with leading jaws and automatic safety lock.
